Student or single person, this furnished apartment is for you. With its quiet location, it is ideally suited to study or relax after a hard day's work.

A 3 minute walk from the station TSOL "Malley," it is very easy to go to the University or the EPFL in less than 10 minutes. To the city center, 5 minutes is enough.

For your comfort:
- A main room with a sofa bed, a table, chairs, a small kitchen with a refrigerator and an electric stove with 2 hotplates,
- A shower room and WC.

Bed linen and crockery are not provided.

The charges include hot water, heating and cable TV for television. For electricity, industrial services of the city of Lausanne will charge your consumer directly.

The internet is of course possible, provided that a subscription to the operator of your choice.

Terms of lease:
- Minimum 6 months rental
- Automatic renewal every month
- Termination three months in advance for
end of each month except December.

Optional upon request: carpark outside CHF 60.00 to CHF 80.00 or covered depending on availability.
