| The Flex MBA program is developed in the form of seminars for middle and higher management that will permit them to refresh the basis of some core concepts and update their knowledge and understanding. The high level of flexibility permits the participants to complete their studies within 9 months should they decide to participate in all seminars, or follow the program “à la carte”, thus taking all seminars within a period of 2 years.Participants typically have a minimum of five years work experience. The seminars are an effective meeting point between professionals to not only improve their academic skills but to create a good networking tool. Formal examination is mostly in the form of projects that need to be submitted within a limited time frame after the seminar completion. Participants may also receive requests from professors to prepare class materials in advance. |
