The Swiss Diploma in Hotel Operations Management develops hospitality and management skills. Hospitality skills are taught in a traditional yet dynamic Swiss manner providing students with expertise in food and beverage service, front office operations, housekeeping and rooms division.Year 1 provides a broad range of Food & Beverage subjects.Year 2 is based on the efficient and profitable operations of the Rooms Division, which includes both Front Office and Housekeeping Management.Management skills are developed using an American method, which provides expertise in hospitality management know-how and an in-depth knowledge of the key management subjects.
