Successful graduates of the Diploma programme can continue on to the Higher Diploma which focuses on executive management. Building on the knowledge and experience from the first two years, subjects cover a range of management topics including:* Resort Management* Managerial Accounting* Principles of Macroeconomics & Management* HRM* Communications* Organizational Behavior & Leadership* Management of Information Technologies* Revenue & Marketing Management* Research Projects* French, German or SpanishAH&LA Certificates/Diploma (American Hotel & Lodging Association)The education for the Swiss Higher Diploma within HIM allows students to additionally complete the AH&LA exams. The AH&LA Certificates/Diploma is awarded by an American based Association and the students benefit from an American recognized Certificate/Diploma in the Service Industry.Programme Duration:Progression from the Swiss Diploma to the Swiss Higher Diploma, plus one 5 months intensive full-time academic term.
